BoxEase - Account Deletion
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed.
How to Delete Your Account
To delete your BoxEase account and all associated data, follow these steps:
- Open the BoxEase app on your device
- Tap on your profile icon (top right corner)
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
- Read the warning message carefully
- Tap "Delete" to confirm
- Enter your password when prompted (for security)
- Tap "Yes, Delete Everything" to finalize
What Data Gets Deleted
When you delete your BoxEase account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- User Profile: Your account information, email, and profile settings
- Boxes: All boxes you've created and organized
- Items: All items within those boxes and their details
- Move Records: All move history and tracking data
- Authentication Data: Your login credentials and session data
Data Retention Policy
No additional retention period: All data is permanently deleted immediately when you confirm account deletion. We do not retain any of your personal data after account deletion.
Before You Delete
Consider exporting your data first:
- Go to Settings in the app
- Tap "Export Data"
- Save the exported file to your device
